2015 Gibson Les Paul Junior – Cherry

Beautiful and excellent Les Paul Junior from 2015 in a gloss cherry nitro finish. Intonated wrap-tail, one volume, one tone and a p90 dog ear pickup is everything you get, but it also happens to be everything you need, so no worries. Hot pickup makes great noises. Setup on 10’s, all stock. All the usual Junior fixings, slab body, hand wired, orange cap, no binding, p90. This has more of a 60’s neck than a typically 50’s fat neck though the 2015 has a flatter, wider neck than most Junior, as far as I can tell. Comes in a TKL hard case. Setup on 10s, weighs 7lb and 4oz, which is lightweight for an LP Junior.

Condition is an easy 8.5/10 – Couple flaws in the nitro, small marks, hard to see wear, light scratches, impressions, light playwear.

Condition

Very good condition overall with some marks in the finish. There’s a ding on the front edge above the neck on the bass side, there’s a tiny mark on the neck, there are tiny scratches on the front around the controls and on the lower bout of the instrument, and there are some tiny marks in the nitro on the front, back and sides, the front of the headstock shows wear in the finish, might be from a softcase. There’s an impression from where the hologram was on the back of the neck. Generally, excellent looking thing, beautiful cherry finish presents extremely well, so does the dark rosewood fretboard.
