1999 Fender Telecaster TL-69 – Crafted in Japan – Pink Paisley
Excellent and rare, in the hardest to find condition. Pink Paisley looks stellar on a telecaster, and these Teles from Fender Japan are stellar, beautiful instruments. Modified with strap locks, otherwise stock. Made sometime between 1999 and 2002 by Tokai, in Japan, for Fender. Weighs in at 7lb and 13oz, setup on 10s.
Condition is an easy 8.5/10 – excellent, beautiful looking, pretty stellar considering the age, very clean overall. Not new, not pristine, presents extremely well.
Condition
There’s a small amount of wear, but it’s generally an excellent looking object. There are one or two small dings and marks in the finish of the body, see the pictures. Light pick marks, hard to photograph swirls and light impressions, light hazing in the clear, very light fret wear in the first few positions, pickups and wiring are factory. Strap locks added at some point.
Comes in a clean, smoke-free Fender poodle style molded case with all hinges and latches intact.
See the pictures, ask for more. As always, there are more pictures available on my site, deegearlocker dotcom, than Reverb will host. Check them out, there are a lot of photos for this one, camera doesn’t do it justice.
