1978 Fender USA Precision Bass – w/ MJT Relic Antigua Thinline Custom
Fantastic custom creation featuring a vintage 1978 maple Precision Bass neck with a fresh re-fret, on a relic Swamp Ash Antigua Thinline body from MJT. There are a few relic/vintage parts scattered about, but most of the hardware is AVRI P Bass with Fender Pure Vintage pickups and vintage wiring throughout. The headstock of this beastie has a beautiful hand painted black & white pinstripe added. For the very few. Currently set up on wound 45-105s with low action, weighs a not insignificant 9lb and 1oz. Comes in an older Fender AVRI style G&G hard case. Looks good in it.
The condition is an easy 8/10, presents as excellent, marriage of old and new parts. For the few.
